Clare attended the Yorkshire College of Beauty Therapy where she acquired ITEC, CIBTAC & CIDESCO qualifications in Beauty & Aromatherapy.
In early 2017, she became a certified as a Health Coach, where she solidified her passion for health and holistic living. Having worked with plant & aromatherapy based product lines throughout her beauty career it was a natural evolution into holistic, ayurvedic & energy therapies.
Clare is a wellness advocate for doTERRA essential oils brand and is a certified Reiki practitioner.

This hands-off energy treatment is designed to alleviate discomfort and pain
in a localized area of the body. It works by shifting stagnancy in your energy
field / auric field to release trapped Vata energy which is often a cause of unexplained discomfort or pain.
This can be a stand alone treatment or added on to any massage service.
Energy Balancing Treatment

This specially curated, holistic treatment synergizes the mind, body & soul by
creating balance in the chakras (the body’s energy vortexes) with the use of
modalities such as; Reiki, Quantum Energy, meditation, essential oils and
crystals. The chakras govern our physical, emotional and energetic qualities.
The chakras quiet often become sluggish and unbalanced due to our
lifestyles.
Each person will experience the effects of this treatment uniquely. For some,
it may encourage an emotional release and mental clarity. For others it may
bring renewed liveliness and increased energy levels.

Swedish massage takes a more gentle approach, using kneading, tapping and stroking movements. Well suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief. Swedish massage will loosen up tight muscles caused by daily activities such as sitting at the computer or exercising.
Deep Tissue Massage
